We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, as it was very close to most iconic tourist spots and there was even a grocery store nearby. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast provided was satisfying. The staff was helpful and accommodating, assisting us with all our needs. the hotel was conveniently located near a Tram station, making transportation easy and convenient.

Sultanahmet Hotel was awesome. Unparalleled customer service, staff treated guests like family. Convenient location near Grand Bazaar and historic sites. Easily accessible to tram service. Breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Great location near tram station, attractions, and restaurants. Staff is helpful and accommodating, allowing a late shower without extra charge. Rooms were changed multiple times but eventually given a connected room with terrace. a cooperative and friendly experience.

Some guests mentioned that the shower was leaking and there was water on the floor.
